This meal is dinner and dessert in one. It also makes a great appetizer or hors d’oeuvre for a party.
Serves 8 (easily doubled)
1 pack of soft corn tortillas
Brie cheese (Camembert is a milder substitute)
Spread a thin layer of honey on two tortillas.
On one tortilla (honey side up), add a layer of pears and a layer of cheese. Top with second tortilla.
Place tortilla sandwich on a skillet on medium heat until cheese has melted.
Cut and serve. Repeat.
