Frozen Fruit Mojitoes
Serves 1 (easily doubled, tripled, etc.)

2 tablespoons sugar
1 sprig of mint
¼ cup of frozen berries
1-2 ounces white rum
¾-1 cup of soda water
In a tall glass, mash a sprig of mint and 2 tablespoons of white sugar.
Then add a scoop of your favorite frozen fruits (I suggest strawberries, blueberries or blackberries).
Pour in 1.5 oz white rum and fill the glass with soda water.
Mix everything up with a straw and taste for flavors, adding more rum, fruit, or soda water as desired.
