Friday Recipe Round-Up: Getting Cozy

Every week we’ll round up some of the best recipes, food writing, cooking tricks and drinking tips that every college student should know about.  Here’s what’s cooking in virtual kitchens around the web this week.

It’s getting pretty chilly outside (yes, it did snow on Thursday), so here are some recipes to warm yourself up!

I love my mom’s turkey chili as soon as it starts to get cold out, and adding pumpkin to it makes this pumpkin turkey chili sound like just the thing I’ll be craving on a cold fall night.

Chicken parmesan is great, eggplant parmesan is better, and even better than that is a deconstructed eggplant parmesan because you don’t have to worry if it gets a little messy!

Sometimes the best cozy foods are the simplest, and I thought that this linguine with sun dried tomatoes sounded simply delicious.

A salad won’t warm me up on a fall day, but this roasted pumpkin salad is the perfect easy, hearty fall salad.

Dinner’s not complete without a little chocolate for dessert, am I right? To get in the Halloween spirit even if you’re taking it easy, make these homemade peanut butter cups!
