Sometimes keeping an even keel means changing work environments. No matter what your mom says, there are definitely some benefits to freelancing in your 20s.

A healthy body and a healthy mind are equally important, so why do they seem so at odds? Here are some tips on how to lose weight and maintain sanity.

But even while striving for that bikini bod, it’s important to indulge a little. This healthy twist on a banana bread uses avocado…which I guess makes it healthier (bonus!), but mostly more delicious.

There’s more to being healthy than just watching your weight. Sexual health is even more important…but who knew that condoms can be fun?
